Cask at The Salamander, Bath. Pours clear, light gold. Musty apples on the nose, some sweaty man. Light sweet with dry, semi-ripen apples, basement, light bitter apple peels. Light to medium bodied with no carbonation. Quite dry to finish with mellow warmth poking through, more sweat, basement. Not bad overall.

On tap at Dean Swift. Pours a clear pale yellow gold with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has a rich apple note with some leaves and a good amount of roast. Flavor starts sweet but moves to a note of leaves with a finish of hay and roasted apple.
