The inviting peach aroma and taste comes from the liberal use of Fantasia hops in the brew - added in the brewhouse and then dry hopped in the fermenter. Pale and Carapils malt give sweet malt character and the Goldings hop in the copper give just enough bitterness and an underlying herbal hop note. This together with the delicate peach, soft fruits, berry fruits and grapefruit citrus from the fantasia hop creates an easy drinking light golden ale. MALT: Pale malt, Carapils malt. HOPS: Goldings, Fantasia.

On cask at the Shrewsbury in Birkenhead. Appearance - golden with a decent head and a slight haze. Nose - meadow flowers and light citrus. Taste - more flowers and going into custard. Citrus again. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - good ale.

Cask @ Moorings, Sowerby Bridge. Clear golden with a thin head. Has a sticky texture without the sweetness, but there’s minimal bitterness here too. It does have a berry-sweetness in its nose. It also has a smoothness in the palate.

Cask at the Rock, Cambridge. Mid gold with a small white head. Nutty aroma with some butter and sulphur. Astringent notes in the taste overtake the tropical hop. Messy and slightly astringent finish. Poor.
