On tap at Christian Firtal. Amber with a small white head. Malty aroma with biscuit and bread, along with citrus notes. Sweet malty flavour. A little dusty, perhaps too old?

Keg at Porterhouse London. Pours clear, amber-gold with a foamy cap. The aroma has some notes of dry bread, leafy hops, grains and dry caramel. Medium sweet flavor with lightly abrasive bitter toasted grass, more leaves, earth. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Basic finish with further dried caramel character, toasted bread, dirt. Mediocre.

Good easy drinking pale ale without much character one way or another. Some citrus and a decent malt backbone. Pours cloudy brown without much head or lacing. Decently bitter finish. Bottle from Chevy chase.
