Draft at the brewery during RBESG 2014. Pours unclear amber with a tight, creamy tan head. The nose has some dry orange, pine and minerals. Light-medium sweet flavor with a clean mineral edge, light oily pine. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Nice citrusy hop finish with orange, some piney bitterness, some general citrus rind. Good stuff.

Keg at the brewery on day 2 of RBESG ’14, 08/08/14. Lightly hazed golden amber with a moderate light beige covering that thins to spotting and edgework. Nose is caramel malt, pine, candyfloss, light tropicana. Taste comprises big chalky mineral vibes, earthy hop, candied sugars, sweet tropicana, malty vibes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. As always - fuck you speciality grain you bastard non style ... decent IPA.

RBESG pt 5. Anspach & Hobday. Keg. Hazy deep amber beer, decent pale cream colour head. Smooth start to the palate but nibbly carbonation ensues. Smooth sweetish malts, little malt cream. Light ripe orange and a touch of marmalade. Traces of hop an/or rye spice. Decent.

Keg at the brewery during RBESG 2014. It pours lightly hazy with a decent beige head. The nose is spicy, earthy, wood, rye bread, toast, mild caramel, meaty notes and varnish. The taste is bitter, spicy, brown bread, rye, earth, varnish, leather, punchy bitterness and pine with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Punchy and drinkable. Very well executed and one of Bullfinch’s best.
