Cider World Expo 2025 Frankfurt. A clear light rose colour. Aroma and Taste of sweet juicy apples, some raspberries, moderate carbonation, easy to drink, well hidden abv.

750 ml caged & corked clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet Sauda. ABV is 11%. Nice ros� colour, like ros� wine. Moderately sparkling. Aroma and flavour of dessert apples and raspberries.

0.75l corked bottle from lot b2/3/13. Nice big pop on the cork here. In the glass the big really noisy white bubbly almost fizzing head quickly fades only leading small islands of foam over a clear pinkish hued golden body. Smells really nice this. Earthy yellow apples with a sharp grapey white wine tone that compliments the apples in a really surprising and good way. It's really high carbonated this, lots and lots of almost aggressive bubbles wrapped in a thin oily mouthfeel. More earthy apples in the taste. Wood, traces of mouthdrying cork and something that really reminds me of sangria. Fruity strawberries and raspberries with apples and blueberries. Quit fruity indeed. Not really disturbing the abv at all really. Semi dry finish with traces of butter (the good kind of butter). Yeah, I liked this. Will probably have this again. 12.04.2014

750 ml bottle. Clear pale pink body with lively carbonation like champagne and a rather small and fast disappearing off-white head. Light but refreshing aroma of green apples and raspberry. Flavor is like a mix of cider and fruit champagne, not bad at all, very refreshing. Body is much like champagne as well with a fizzy aftertaste. Still not what expected from a cider, but putting the expectations aside it’s nice to drink and I had to buy a few bottles to figure this one out after just having an insufficient sample at a beer festival.

Bottle 750ml. corked. [ As Egge Gård Rose ].Sparkling, clear medium orange color with a large, speaking, quick, open and frothy - fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, wood, wine - white wine, grape, tart apples, raspberry notes, oak notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, dry dry, thin, oak - wood, fruity - berry notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is fizzy. [20140517]

Bottle. Golden-pinkish colour with a white head. Aroma is sourness, apple, raspberry. Flavour is dry, sourness, apple, raspberry, fruit. Interesting cider.

Bottle, 75cl, at Haand Festival -14. A clear, pinkish golden cider with a minimal-sized off-white head with a pinkish hue. Raspberry and some apple in the aroma. Not bad, just boring and a tad weak. The flavor is a bit more interesting, still it could use some more apple, the raspberry is too dominant I think. Some raspberry seed bitterness too. Heavily carbonated, semi dry and lightly warming. Overall, sure a drinkable one, but not my cup of tea. Rating: 4-3-5-2-9-2.3. 140523
Bottle, 75cl corked, 2021 vintage. A clear deep red one, still-looking, with a hint of alcohol, higher alcohol and wood in the aroma. There's an underlying apple aroma too, with quite a lot of raspberry. It's full-bodied, warming and nicely carbonated, althogh quite low carbonation level for a sparkling one. Raspberry, apple, apple cores and grass in the flavor, along with some higher alcohol and a touch of vinegar. Lasting finish. A bit unclean this one, but else quite pleasant and well made. 210809.

Bottle 750ml @ fonefan
Pours clear deep golden with white head. Aroma has notes of green and red apples and a faint hint of raspberries. Taste is light to medium sweet and light sour with a dry apple and slightly sour finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is fizzy.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden, fizzy white head. Aroma is dry, apples and fruity. Tart apples and smooth fruity. Citric and crisp apples. Solid carbonated. Lingering fruity, dry, apples and berry fruity.

Bottle. Clear amber with no head. Aroma is apples, fruit and rashberries. Flavour is apples, fruit, notes of rashberries, medium sweet, little tart, little over carbonated, white wine and dry.
