Cask @ Reform Inn, Barnstaple. Golden with a thin bubbly head. Has a mild sticky-sweet texture and taste with a few malts, less hops, and its pale ale character is mostly found in its aftertaste. Not kept that well.

Cask. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is some nectar, wood, mild resin as well as citrus and some mild bready notes. Flavour is grapefruit, mild nectar, some resin as well as sappy notes.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2013, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Barum EPA ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, earthy hops, grain, keller, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130814]

Sampled at GBBF 2013, London - Day 2. Pours clear yellow with a faint, white film head. Dry pale dough in the nose, some hay, light astringent lemon rind. Light sweet flavor with hints of dried grains. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Somewhat dry to finish, fairly clean, some bitter hay, light sweet pale malts. Basic but decent.

Cask @ GBBF 2013. Pours a golden color with a white head. Has a fruity weak citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grassy citrus hoppy flavor. Has a frity malty citrus finish.

GBBF Day 2. Light haze on this gold beer, no real head. Light dry palate. Low carbonation. Light malt. Appley fruits. Dry finish. A bit green I think.

From cask. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is herbal, light grassy. Bitter, grassy and light herbal hoppy. Dry and bitter finish.
