Uklar brun med fingerhøyt eggegult skum. Lukter fersken, korn og noe karamell. Søtlig sitrusig, noe gjær med middels bitterhet som varer lenge. "SMAK 2017"

Dark golden with a white head - Nice fruity hop aroma - Malt body with some fruity hops and some bitterness - The hops and hints of fruit and bitternss goes into the finish - This was ok

Cardinal 011114. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop, pine, floral. Flavour is is fruit, malt, hop, pine, caramel, floral. Medium body. OK beer.

500 ml bottle @ Cardinal. Practically clear golden body with a medium sized off-white head. Mild, but pleasant aroma dominated by malt but also slightly floral and berries, not much fruit found here. Flavor is fruitier with clean, soft malt and a touch of berries. Rather mild and not very bitter this one. Medium body and decent aftertaste with a little bit more obvious bitterness. Not really an IPA, nothing very remarkable either, still well made and a pleasant session ale.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Reins Kloster IPA ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, hoppy, orange, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141220]

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and slight fruity. Smooth fruity and toasted malty. Bitter and slight herbal. Dry into the finish.

Lukt: Duft av humle, sitrus og noe honning.
Utseende: Dunkel gulbrun farge.
Skum/kullsyre: Tynn hinne skum, heng langs kant.
Smak: Frisk god smak av citrus med en anelse honning i ettersmak.

Fra flaske (batch 43) på M2 Cardinal nov-14: i likhet med *Crazy som vi hadde før denne er utseendet fint - klar kobbergylden med fint hvitt skum som varer. Lett syrlig og tørrsmak. Forsiktig aroma av kløvereng. En lett og god, typeriktig ipa (i rak motsetning til nevnte *Crazy som var nesten udrikkelig).

Shared botte at Mi2 at Cardinal 24.11.14. Cloudy orange. Off-white head. Aroma of slightly unfresh citrus. Similar taste, with lime juice sourness.
