Bottle in our somewhat shabby Helsinki apartment. Hazy orange beer, small peachy cream colour head. Palate is airy and mildly dry. Decent fine carbonation. Light dry malts, a little herby floralness. Mildly tart Rhubarb and Raspberry, a little dry seltzer. Dry floral Rhubarb finish. As advertised!

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks troubles. Hazy golden with a white head. Sourish aroma of berries, strawberry, some fruity esters, light rhubarb. Sweetish-tart-bitterish flavor with berries, strawberry, and spiciness. Medium-bodied.

A slightly orange colour, a head is big and blond. Aroma has lemony fruitness, harsh rhubarb and spices. Taste has fruitness and sour rhubarb, hint of raspberries in the end. Strong carbonation, refreshning. The rhubarb is nicely presented but it’s not just fitts into this beer.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 151015, from Alko, 20150626) The beer poure golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had berries and tartness. Palate was rather light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were raspberries, tartness, sweetness, yeast and bitterness. Aftertaste had raspberries, sweetness and bitter. A brew that had nothing resembling a saison. A disappointment.

33cl bottle from Alko. Deep orange, thick white head, dense. Looks great. Fruity, berry notes, slightly earthy, rhubarb. You really feel the rhubarb here, especially in the flavor. Slightly tart berry notes, juicy. Rhubarb dominates. Dry finish. Really refreshing stuff, a summer brew. Smooth, ok body.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 27 Sep 2014) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of raspberries, wheat, hay and rhubarb. Fruity, malty taste with raspberries, white bread, gentle flavours of rhubarb in a fairly dry finish with low bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Quite different, but well balanced with gentle fruit flavours. Quite nice and refreshing.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Coppersmiths Fusion Saison Rhubarb & Raspberry ].[ Trade by omhper ]. Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, raspberry, tart raspberry, rhubarb, tart rhubarb, sweet raspberry, sweet rhubarb, frozen raspberry, rhubard acidic. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, frozen raspberry, tart and sweet raspberry and rhubarb. Quit refreshing. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141110]
