Draught@Nolia 2017. Hazy orange colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is peppery, some citrus and mild earthy tones with mild toffee too. Flavour is citrus, some spruce, a bit peppery and yeasty tones. Refreshing and rather clean and crisp Saison.

Bottle at Östersund malt festival. Sour aroma, slight off bitter. Nice beer. Not huge amount to say.

Litt kantete fenolisk og bitter munnfølelse. Tørr, litt brett, veldig klar.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Åre Nymph Saison ].[ Trade by omhper ]. Clear medium orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, herbs, citrus, grass, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast, funky notes. Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, citrus - tropical fruit - grape, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141106]

Bottle (Stockholm Beer Festival 2014) -Golden with a white head. Lemon, grapefruit and a hint of orange in the aroma. Yeast, grapefruit and lemon feature in the taste. Not a classic saison, but very drinkable.

(Bottle, from Systembolaget Åre, 14 Aug 2014) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of citrus, grass, spicy yeast and peaches. Fruity, malty taste with citrus, grapefruit, green grapes, grass, spicy yeast and a dry finish with a fresh, hoppy bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and well made saison. Nice one
