Bottle at KØ17. Black colour, seems hazy. Small light brown head. The flavour is roasted with a mild liquorice note, a bit of fresh yeast. Rough coffee bitterness in the finish.

Bottle. Sentinel, Sheffield. Clear, cola brown. Ring of lasting, tan head. Nose has fruity, very dark chocolate. Rich red wine. Some liquorice. Bit of oak. Bit of vanilla. Woody, earthy and vinous. Smells great. Taste is sweet and oaky. Gets vinous dry and lightly bitter. Smooth mouthfeel. Drinks under the ABV. Vinous fruit to finish. Very nice. Easy drinking.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Joes and Dutchdrebus. Opaque pitch black color, medium sized brown colored head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is malts, roast, dark malt and coffee. Taste malts, firm roast, underlying coffee, medium bitterness. Hmm if any, I only get the slightest barrel aging in there.
