(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty-spicy and fruity aroma with notes of tangerine, citrus, accompanied by sugary malty and delicately flowery hoppy accents. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Initially slightly sugary malty and yeasty taste, combined with drying fruity hops, getting quite rough and bitter in an unbalanced way during the finish. 31.XII.12

33cl bottle. Hazy golden, thick white head. High carbonation. Floral, hoppy, yeasty aroma, orange notes as well. Flavor similar, orange, floral, hoppy and spicy, peppery finish that lasts long. Refreshing, enjoyable. Nicely balanced.

Bottle: Hazy, orangey coloured, no head to speak of, fruity-orangey nose, yeast with a cellary touch detectable, some alcohol, too; moderate sweetish flavour with a slight bitterness, pretty light bodied; lingering sweet-fruity finish, followedy by a certain hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. Average belgian fizz…

27/III/2012 - 33cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent) @ home - BB: XII/14 (2012-290)
Little cloudy orange beer, big white creamy head, stable, little adhesive. Aroma: sweet, sugary touch, spices, grassy, bit peppery, hint of oysters. MF: soft carbon, full body, creamy texture. Taste: little sweet, malty, fruity, peaches, some pineapple and citrus fruits. Aftertaste: citrus, sweet corn syrup, dry bitter, yet fruity ending with a fruity undertone. Not bad at all.

33cl bottle, BB 12/2014. Upon cracking this one opened, Green Buzz came to mind as the only other Millevertus beer using spelt grain. This one was different and a nice surprise with the addition of American hop.
