Cask at King William IV during Bunny Basher 2014 - London. Pours clear gold with a fine, creamy white head. Nice elderflower on the nose, some mellow bubblegum, pale bread. Light to medium sweet flavour with fairly graceful elderflower essence, subtle grassy bitterness, a bit of hay, dry pale malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Nocely balanced to finish, further elderflower character, light green pepper, balancing pale malt sweetness. Given that this is a fairly odd marriage of flavours, I think the final result is impressive.

It pours pale gold with a minimal white head. The nose is big elderflower action, floral, white grape and fresh lemon zest. The taste is elderflower, hay, grain, dull funk/barnyard and lemony zing with a dry finish. Light body and minimal carbonation. Straightforward and rather refreshing stuff. Sadly let down a bit by the limited carbonation.

Bunny Basher 2014. King William IV.Keg. Lightly hazy gold beer, no real head. Palate is light and smooth with fine carbonation. Nice elderflower start, not too cloying as it morphs in to a mild lemony citrus. Light pale malt underneath. Light finish. Really hits the spot after the long journey to the KWIV.
