Old rating from 04-12-14 - 12oz bottle brought back from the US by my wife. Pours amber with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of fruits, coriander, honey, yeast & hints of spice. Light to medium body. Slightly sour finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle at Charlie’s in Encinitas. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. Pretty basic stuff. Light and airy, with doughy wheat, faint plastic, grass, lemon peel. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with light tangerine, doughy wheat and mild bitter hay. Fine.

Bottle from Kihoskh. Pours a cloudy orange with white head. Aroma is yeasty and spicy with faint honey. Taste is similar with some yeast, grain and spices with just faint honey.

Miel en la receta. Bonito color ambar mínimamente turbio. Espuma muy abundante. Queda un cuarto de centimetro hasta el final. Aroma malteado con notas terrosas y humedas. Gas excesivo. El sabor es muy ácido que tapa cualquier otra cosa. Muy desagradable en boca. La he probado dos veces. La primera me gustó. Esta nada. ¿estará mal?

Fonefan 251014. Deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma is yeast, citrus, malt. Flavour is honey, flower, yeast, malt, fruit, spices. Medium body. Nice beer.

bottle. clear yellow, large smooth offwhite head. quite sourish note, wild yeasts, almost brett, aroma is quite saison like. Flavor is yeasty, citrussy, quite mild, delicate citrussy saison, really well made. refreshing. for a saison it is a bit low on the spices and the belgian yeast, but a little more citric and sort of bretty. however, it works out very well.

Bottle. Slightly hazy golden yellow color, medium white head. Aroma is earthy haystacks, light spice. Taste has earthy straw, dust, dry finish. Tasty.
