Hazy gold beer, huge pale cream colour head. Airy palate, minerally crisp and semi dry. Tangy floral fruits, herbs, tangy lemon. Seltzer. Gets a little sour before an over carbonated finish. Okay.

Bottle, 4.8%. Citric, sourish aroma, hint of ginger. Cloudy orange colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is quite citric. Dry and citric flavour with a touch of ginger. It could have been a good beer, but it is very dry...

Bottle @ Wannsinchen / MiP bliver gammel. Pours cloudy amber with profuse but airy white head. Clear aroma of hos, with notes of citrus and touches of fruit. Bitetr, hoppy flavour, with pronounced citric notes and funky, slightly herbal touches, ending quite salty. Bitetr and citric aftertaste. A decent Saison, though without any honey, apparently
