Aus der Flasche im 2014-10 getrunken. Dieses Bier hat für mich nichts von einem Abbey Tripel eher schon von einem Lager. Und dann auch kein besonderes Bier und eher belanglos.

Delt med ham & Rune på Nerstranda 6 Nov 16. Gylden. Høyt tett skum med litt lacing. God aroma av malt & karamell. Saken karamell & sevje. Grei - men lite variasjon.

Clear amber, white head. Aroma has fruity yeast and notes of spice. Sweet, malty flavour. Notes of yeast, almost sugary sweet.

Swing-top bottle kindly shared by djoeye. Stable head over a clear golden-brown body. Clingy lacing. Honeyed sweet aroma. Taste of caramel, leaves and dried fruits. Dry mid-sweet ending. Nice and warming, however, rather heavy to drink (Session with Finn and djoeye, Tromsø 06.11.2016).

KRS 311214. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is sugar, malt, alcohol. flavour is sugar, malt, hop, yeast, alcohol, pine, fruit. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Bottle, 8%. Clear deep golden with big white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, caramel, spices, hop and herbs. Flavour is malt, caramel, hop, yeast, very sweet, spices and a little bitter.

Flaske (på tilbud!) fra Kvickly Nørrebros Runddel: vippekork med champagnesmell, dette er lovende! Utseendet er også flott - klar gylden med eksemplarisk skum. Søtlig aroma og smak preget av kokte grønnsaker. Behagelig karbonert, men i svakeste laget for en tripel tenker jeg. For noviser, en ufarlig introduksjon til stilen?

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, dark golden beer with a finger-thick off-white head. Some lacings. Sweetish, lightly alcoholic aroma with some cooked vegetables. White sugar and a piney hint show up after a while. Sugary sweet, fruity flavor with a touch of cooked vegetables. A decent bitterness too, and some alcohol. The mouthfeel is rather soft, slightly warming. Full body. Short, sugary and fruity finish. Not the best tripel I’ve had. But it’s a hard style to brew well. 141231
