Can. Deep golden body with a frothy, off-white head, lasting. Aroma of pine, resin, grapefruit, toasted grain, caramel. Light citrus and mango. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. On the sweet side. Taste of resin, grapefruit and some citrus. Standard fare.

Can shared at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks drfabulous for this bottle! Hazy yellow. Aroma of citric hops, slightly stale. Flavor of bitterish citric hops, slightly stale, but still nice. Medium-bodied.

Can: Caramel and grapefruit peel nose, wood on the edges. Clear amber, firm medium yellow head, nice lacing. Caramel, pecan, grapefruit. Grapefruit peel in the end. Medium body, soft carbonation. Superb balance and complexity, well rounded, nice example of the mythical East Coast IPA.
