Bottle pour shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark. Virtually opaque brown, no head/lacing. Aroma is strong roasted malt, bourbon/rye, vanilla. Taste is strong bourbon, sweet dark fruit/cherry, sweet malt, milder roasted malt, vanilla. Smooth, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Nicer as it warms.

500mL bottle drunk 1/11/25.
Kinda murky? Maroon-mahogany. No head.
Cherry and very light Willett with caramel and vanilla but no real cohesion. Not boozey. Kinda medicinal cherry, lots of pulp and skin. Not getting any real clear Willett though there is spice.
There is spice, and there's not much cherry. But it's not too sweet. Warming and very spicy.

500 ml bottle thanks to Clarkvv! Aroma is soft cherry, light milk chocolate, bourbon? Let’s not beat around the bush here. Mild Willett bourbon here. Malt base with cherry is just overwhelming. Gosh damn that is entirely too sweet. Yikes!
Thanks Clark. Sort of like an old fashioned in a willett barrel.
