Eher trocken. Den hohen Alkohol schmeckt man recht deutlich. Ein solider Weizenbock.

Light brown with a tall, foamy head. Typical Weizen malt aroma, banana bread. Taste is moderate bitter with a banana sweetness underneath. Afterwards, lingering clove. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation, slight warmth and booze at the end. Not bad.

Smooth mild. The beer is light with a nice yeasty smooth flavour. Easy to drink, very soft with clove and a nice slightly sweetish body. Very easy to drink Weizenbock.

(bottle, courtesy of Doctor Bock) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly yeasty, juicy malty and cautious wheaty aroma with notes of ripe fruits, peach, banana and a mildly phenolic touch. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a modest carbonation. Slightly syrupy malty start with mildly wheaty notes, candied fruits, banana and peach; sweetish malty finish with an almost hidden alcoholic strength. Basic Weizenbock, which has some flaws concerning balance and complexity. 14.IX.16

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. And again a big thank you. Murky flat orange in the glass, surprisingly small white head. Fruity smell, banana, caramell, yeast, little bit alcoholic sharpness. Taste starts shortly with the expected Hefeweizen elements, followed by a more alcoholic level with bitterness. orange fruitiness in the second row. Low metalic bitterness to the end. Could be more complex in my opinion. But okay for its kind.

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Piwo raczej mi przypomina tradycyjne pszeniczne piwo niz pszenicznego kozlaka. Nie mniej jest smaczne, ladna piana choc srednio trwala, metnosc spora, smak moreli suszonych i czipsow bananowych, troche swiezej gruszki. Zapach gozdzikowo miodowy. Srednio tresciwe, lekkie prawie, a to za sprawa dosc niskiego alkoholu ktory nie daje sie we znaki i dobrze. Podsumowujac calkiem udane pszeniczne piwo spoza Bawarii i wogole z poza poludnia Niemiec.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts strong, intense malty, fine yeasty. Not too dry. More and more fruity with notes of peaches, some apricot. Spicy-hoppy background. Not too sweet. Like it, that this one is not too yeasty. Finish is well balanced. Quite drinkable for a weizenbock!
