Bottle pour with membership group. Aroma is caramel, orange, bourbon. Taste is strong caramel, bourbon, lighter orange all very well balanced. Really smooth. Nice sipper!

500mL bottle, #761/1200, 11/28/2023, drunk 1/12/25.
Clear, deep ruby-auburn. Medium-sized, light tan head.
Maybe a bit of funky, brett-laced, orange wine. Not overdone on the malt/sugar category and, per usual, no alcohol is apparent.
Ultra-soft, juicy, rich and fruity with great attenuation and not-overdone barrel. Spice, orange wine and rich caramel-toffee malts. Full of melanoidins and really, really nicely balanced. Well-aged and attenuated, no alcohol noted.

500 ml. Bottle. # 761/1200. Aroma has toffee, mild oak and orange peel. Flavor is a carbon copy. No sweetness or booze shows, drinks real easy for 15%. Very soft warming after the sip. Pretty great!
