500 ml.. #442/860. Aroma is Plum, raisin and mild spice. Flavor is exactly as it smells. And it truly does resemble a fruitcake. Not overly spicy thankfully. Respectable

Bottle pour shared by membership group. Copious fine, and larger, particulates, cola brown. Aroma is plum, raisin, allspice--a fruitcake! Taste is strong allspice, nutmeg, caramel--a fruitcake! Pleasant palate. There's a reason fruitcake is the butt of so many jokes. Having said that, BS totally gets what they were shooting for and it is not ultra sweet.

500mL bottle #442/860, 12/18/2023, drunk 1/11/2025.
Clear dark amber. Small, light-tan head quickly receding to ring.
Prune, currant, raisin. So much fruit and acidity from it. At least it masks the potential sugary base? No alcohol. But yeah, it really just smells like spice and fruit.
Sweet up front but with strong plum, cinnamon, vanilla and currant. You know, I was ready to immediately dump this, but the spice and fruit acidity actually approaches balance! The flavors are really well-developed and even the malt sweetness has an edge to it. No alcohol, as always.

12/18/23 442/860 aroma is plum and spices. Taste is decent, lots of fruit and spices for the holidays. On the border of too sweet but defent.
