Bottle. Pours hazy copper brown with airy beige head. Clear aroma of fruit and caramel malt, with notes of hops and yeast. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, nearly fudgelike, and fruit, with bitter, hoppy notes. Quite potent for an English Ale, with the alcohol more pronounced than the label would suggest. Bittersweet aftertaste. A nice beer.
