Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2014 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Coisbo Single Batch Six (6) ].Unclear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, earthy, nutty. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, nutty, caramel. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20140522]

Duft av malt og karamell. Dunkel brun farge. Tynt brunt skum som forsvinner, noe heng langs kant. Fin smak av malt, noe frukt, en anelse eik og en god ettersmak av karamell.

500ml bottle, shared by Finn 18.06.14. Thanks! Dark brown reddish body, average head and beautiful lacing. Salty meat, punch, pine, plums- more plums in taste, dark fruit, bread and the alcohol is noticeable. It’s probably better with pinnekjøtt, and I think I will try it again in Christmas with meat.

Pinnekjøttøl. Flaske 0,5l fra Vinmonopolet, Tromsø Langnes. Mørk brun. Høyt tett skum som daler sakte. Teppelacing. Veldig uklar. Behagelig fruktig aroma. Plommer. Smaken har preg av syrlig frukt med undertone av malt. Avslutter tørt & litt bittert. Mye sedimenter igjen i flaska.

Bottle at KØ14. Spicy aroma with a whiff of brown sugar. Hazy dark brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour is roasted and a little grainy. Sweetish, yeasty and unremarkable.

50 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange to brown with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and caramelish. Sweet, fruity, banana and caramelish. Sweet and malty finish.
