Bellaire Brown is our flagship Brown Ale. Full-flavored with notes of sweet caramel, chocolate, and toasted malt, Bellaire Brown is balanced with a mild and earthy hop quality. This ale is dark and rich with a medium body. It’s hardly classifiable as a brown, but is certainly considered a delicious masterpiece.

Bottle. Brown color. Caramel, tangerine and pineapple in the arma. Sweet flavor with melon, tangerine, pineapple and caramel. Milk chocolate. Thinnish. Sweet but there is just enough to compensate that.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark brown color with orange highlights and a medium sized soapy tan head that left decent lacing. The aroma was toasty, woody and sweet with nut, cocoa and some vegetal malts. The flavor was sweet wood, nut, toasty malts, honey and bread. Medium length finish. Medium body. Pleasant.

Dark amber, bit reddish. Nose has burnt sugar, caramel and hops. Flavour has also some more hops, nice bitterness painted on this caramelly nutty canvas. Great brown, liking this.

Aroma isn’t bad pretty much traditional brown ale. Flavor is more basic. Mostly medium dark malt and a hint of traditional brown ale characteristics and sweet.
