Fra flaske på mandag i annen des-14: kölsch synes jeg i utgangspunktet er en heller kjedelig stilart, men det er forsåvidt ingenting i veien med denne. Fint utseende, lys og klar gylden. Et noe slapt hint av kokte grønnsaker. Daff munnfølelse, men som kold sommerforfriskning funker det sikkert.

Rerate, 500 ml bottle, batch #7.. Very pale straw colour, slightly hazy Thin white head. Sweetish aroma of malts, some citrus. Citrus in the flavour too, a hint of cloves. Light bodied and refreshing, a nice summer beer. Original rating: Sample from shared bottle. Very pale straw colour, white head. Light bodied and refreshing. 500 ml bottle. Unclear yellow body with a white head. Not much aroma here, just a hint of some lemon type sourness, at least nothing unpleasant at all. Flavor is rather weak as well, but more distinct than aroma. Pale malt, refreshing citric acidity and some bitterness. Light body, but that’s suits the beer in this case even if it’s a bit watery. Short in aftertaste. Nothing special really, but definitively a decent thirst quencher. No off flavors. Could easy have another if thirsty.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Nua Kølsch ].Clear medium yellow color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, fruity sweet malt, citrus notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, grass, citrus, fruity malt. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140705]
