Bottle from Aperitiv, Nice. Hazy amber with next to no head. Citrus orange is the dominant flavour of its tropical fruitiness. Has a light citric bitterness. The seawater influence is nominal but evident in its taste.

Color miel, turbia. Bonita espuma. Bonito aspecto en general. Aroma malteado, ligeramente floral. muy cremosa en boca, agradable. Combina la rica base de maltas, 4, con toques florales y frutales, quizás ciruela. Y contrapunto amargo, ligero, final. Hecha con agua de mar (¿?). Agradable sorpresa.

22/XI/14 - 33cl bottle from a trade @ Hannah's place - BB: 6/I/16 (2014-1397) Thanks to teorn88 for the trade!

Pretty cloudy beige beer, big yellowish head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, sugary, lots of yeast, grains, bit malty, some banana. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty sweet, bit sourish, lots of overripe banana, maybe a saline touch, but maybe that's just because I read it's been brewed with sea water. In any way it's not very obvious... Aftertaste: lots of yeast, banana, soft bitterness, bit sour, saline? Probably a hefeweizen recipe.
