A hazed golden saison with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light cereals, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with Brett, light coriander, Epsom salts, very nice.

I guess it's back in circulation again. Draught @ Vintner Market, Manhattan (4/11/23). Cloudy dark yellow/light amber with a large creamy off-white head, faint piney aroma, low carbonation, bitter malty taste with funky Brettanomyces induced flavor, thin body, long bitter-funky finish. Interesting brew.

500 ml bottle from Sparrow. Pours a slightly murky darker yellowish color with a thick, rocky foam of off-white head. Big funky, farmhouse aroma with some underling tropical and lemon-rind notes. Dough, cheese, a little horse blanket. Very brett-forward, heavy carbonation, rather dry close.

The Sampler, Brooklyn bottle: pours orange with anwhite head. Aroma is bretty and fruity. Taste is typical of bretty farmhouse... If you know you know. Low bitterness and sweetness. Moderate levels of fruitiness. Some minor spice. Not the earthy kinds of brett though. Somewhat tangy. I was not crazy about it.

750ml bottle from the reserve society pours a murky, deep amber with some creamy, sudsy white head. Big pop like all Transmitter beers. Nose has a lot of stone fruit, fuzzy (moldy?) peach, nectarine, some potpurri, some dried citrus peel, a little apricot, some lemon yogurt lurking, some dusty couch. Flavor has plenty of that dusty couch, maybe even a little saw dust, a little rubber band. stone fruit too, apricot, peach, nectarine, lots of flower petal, some chrysanthemum.
