A couple of years back we started brewing cask ales and we particularly loved our British Pale Ale. Roll that forward and we have now created a version of that beer for Keg and Can and its our first.

We have stuck to our core values of only using 100% British ingredients and traditional brewing techniques to create this modern west coast style pale. Lashings of stone fruit citrus and pine, finishing crisp and bitter.

Can from Darts Farm, Topsham. Pours orange gold with white foam. Aroma: citrus, mild lemon, grass. Taste: light sweet & bitter, earthy hop finish. Medium body with soft carbonation.

Bottleshare at CBJ. Thanks to Fergus. Near clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy and semi dry palate, modest fine carbonation. Grainy malts. Mild pine and ripe citrus. Light and semi dry finish. Tired.

Can shared in London. Cheers to Fergus. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of bitter hay, dried biscuits, straw, citrus peel. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Clean, dry finish.

Can shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. A brushed gold orange coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is grassy, wheat, lemon, rind, noble hop, weed. Flavour is composed of earthy wheat, Nobel hop, grass, light weed. Lovely English hops.
