We dry hopped a blend of barrel and foudre wild ales with a boatload of fresh UK Ernest and US Belma hops to give pure pineapple juice, a touch of peachy stone fruits, and a light acidity.

Bottle shared at CBJ - cheers to Fergus. Pours cloudy orange-gold with a creamy white head. Light sweet flavour, musty and salty, mellow acidity, some lemon, funk, pale wood. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Lightly drying finish, some peach, lemon, decent funk. Tasty.

Bottleshare at Craft Beer Junction. Thanks to Fergus. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts. Bretty gluey tartness, some lemon sharpness, not too much. Belma and Ernest hop character pretty much lost in this tart backdrop. Little pine.

Bottle shared at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. From 73 Enid. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is nice funky Foeder, lime, green hop, bretty funk, white grape. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tart, bretty funk, pineapple, lime pickle. Foeder aged action. Palate is semi sweet, lihjt tangy, mellow carbonation. Good stuff.

Bottle shared at CBJ May tasting. Pours hazed yellow gold with thin lacing around glass. Aroma is brett funk, white grape, earthy notes, oak. Taste is funk, white grape, oak, brett, earthy notes. Nice dank sour.

Appearance is clear golden, with a half-finger white head. Aroma is tart fruit, barnyard funk, apple, citrus fruit, stone fruit, vinous notes. Taste is apple juice, peach, stone fruit, citrus fruit, pineapple, funky notes, peppery hops. Juicy tart fruit at the end. Dry vinous notes. Tart sourness. Very nice.
