Ever so slightly hazy and pink coloured body with a bronze and copper glowing tint and a large, four to five centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of bright and pungent hibiscus flowers with some light malts and nuts, but way more of the flowers and even some guava and tropical fruits are noticeable in the nose. Light-bodied; Strong hibiscus and floral flavour with a heavy bite of dry, funky malts that show a a lot of grass and herbal notes as well with some bitterness, mainly from the malt and off-flavours than from any hops. Aftertaste shows a lot of the hibiscus flowers which give a slight soured and tart flavour with a dry bite with grass and herbal notes and a bit of the malted barley flavour powers through everything and leaves this dry and quite a bit funky. Overall, a nice and dry, funky ale with some noticeable hibiscus notes and a herbal quality that does show a little bit of fruity sweetness, especially a the end. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from the Marina Store at Flamingo Beach, Everglades National Park, Florida on 27-December-2020 for US$2,25 sampled in my hotel room here in Sanibel, Florida on 28-December-2020.

Can. Pours a golden hue with a small off-white head. Floral notes, hibiscus, some fruitiness, perfume, medicinal notes, really strange.

Orangey-amber, short lived head, a little tea-like in the glass, not esp lively looking. Nose is bigly fruity, and floral. Papaya? Def can detect the hibiscus. Fairly sweet malt body, low in carb so it sits a little heavy on the palate - and a beer this low in ABV shouldn't do that. Floral elements skirt the edges just like hops do, but there's little hops here outside of some bittering.

16 oz can. Pours a hazy golden-orange color with a large khaki head and very good retention. Spotty lacing. Saison-like yeasty and flowery aroma. The taste follows the nose. A little yeasty, a little flowery, a little hefe-like and a slightly sour finish. The mix just doesn't work for me. Pass.

Tap at Kane’s on breezy night watching the fading light over the gulf. Muddled pour. Nose is florals and light citrus. Tastes of hibiscus, citrus fruit, tea, lime. Thin palate. Light fruity finish.
