Bottle, 75cl. An oily pour leaves a minimal sized tan head over a dark brown to black body. Boozy, roasted aroma with burnt malts and coffee. Some dark sugars. The flavor has some coffee, with burnt malts, bonfire hints and dark sugar. Full to medium body, sort of oily, not much carbonation going on. The bourbon had some impact on the aroma, but not much on the flavor. 140301

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Pitch black with no head. Roasted aroma with barrel, caramel malts, very vinous, fruity. Taste is sweet. Medium body, oily texture and a flat carbonation. Finishes roasted and vinous with barrel. Appreciate the complexity in this beer, but the vinous and barrel notes is overpowering. To much of a good thing.
