A modern twist on a classic style. The English ale yeast pumps up the fruitiness. Sorachi Ace hops bring a touch of lemon. It's eeeasy drinking and exxxtra dangerous!

Sample 15cl. from tap @ Poesiat & Kater. Cloudy yellow golden colour, small frothy white head, mostly diminishing, heavy lacing; aroma yeast, lychee, hint of lemon, sereh, touch of ginger; taste medium sweet and bitter, malts, yeast, citrus; sweetbitter aftertaste, yeasty, light citrusy, peppery and gingery notes; medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation; very nice and tasty (good food pairing: brown bread with old cheese and marmalade).

Draft at source. Golden pour. Aroma of grainy malt, yeast, orange and wheat. Taste of yeast, orange zest, grainy malt and some banana. Quite similar to the princessebier, and I’m sure I got the right glass.

On tap at the brewub, sample. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of grain, cheap strong lager, alcohol, sweet, not great. Flavour follows, glad I didn’t order a glass. Not their best.
