Can. Light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a good fine crispness. Nicely tart, a slight pucker reaction but no fucking acid, weird nutty flavours or blinking yohgurt - hurrah! Lemon sherbet and a little grape carry the day. Peach, if I didn't know it was there .... Coriander and Cardamon, I do know are there and I still can't taste them. Little tart citrus on the finish. It's not very Martini to me (and I've been friends with many a bottle) but it is a nicely tart fruity beer and a great palate cleanser.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a small, foamy white head. Nice stuff, has restrained lemony tartness, pleasant botanical notes, a little pith, salt. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Refreshing finish, more lemony notes, a few pine needles, nips of floral hops, peach, quenching acidity. Great fun overall.
