Old rating from 22-09-16 - A 400ml draft pour at the brewery tap in Florence. A hazy Amber colour with a off white head. Aromas of malt, grass & bread. Tastes of citrus, grain, malt & bread leading to a fairly bitter aftertaste. Not a beer I'd have a second off.

Tap at the pub, in Firenze, Italy. Pours intense golden, transparent, with medium grained white foam. Aroma is hoppy, herbaceous. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter, with a decent malty sweetness base. Final is average.

Keg at the brewery bar in Florence. Pours lightly hazy gold with a thick, lasting cream head. The nose has floral hops in the nose, dry pale malts, grass, citrus peel, crackers. Light-medium sweet flavor with lots of rindy citrus, toasty and crackery malts, some piney oil, slight grass, melon. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Mildly resinous on the finish with further floral hops, pine, toasty and cracker bread. OK.

Hazy and pale. Nice bubbly head. Hops are grapefruit, gooseberry, and the palate has a lot of bitterness, fresh grapefruit and orange hops, subtle yeast, and maybe a bit watery in the finish. Nice lacing down the glass. Good IPA. Kept going back to it.
