Predstavljamo našo najnovejše pivo, New England IPA po imenu Nook. Tropska hmeljna bomba, zvarjena s perfektno kombinacijo hmeljev Citra, Mosaic in Chinook v različnih oblikah. Ta motni, zlati zvarek ponuja živahno zmes sadnih tropskih arom, ki kar puhtijo od sadnih okusov zrelega ananasa, pomaranče in pasijonke, katere uravnovesijo delikatne smolnate note hmelja Chinook. Z vsakim požirkom boste občutili ne grenak, skoraj puhast občutek v ustih, ki naredi to pivo izredno pitno. Osvežilno, sadno in tropsko, NEIPA za vsako priložnost.

Hazed orange to light golden toppes with a good sized lasting white head.
Nose is orange zest, peachy notes, grass, papaya.
Taste comprises grass, tangerine, citric tinged straw, pine nibble.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with light juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy enough IPA.

New 🇸🇮 brewery ✅ from the local supermarket (big boy 500ml can) some pineapple and lemony notes on the nose and taste follows, some floral and light herbal hoppy accents, light soft malts body, balanced light bitter into the hoppy close.

hazy yellow, large white creamy and fluffy head
decent but slightly mild hazy ipa aroma, sugary sweet, malty, herbal hoppy, not hoppy bitter as such, juicy but not citrussy or exotic fruity.
carboation is flat, except when can was opened and beer spilled out a bit
flavor is mild hop juicy, mild malty, watery, not crisp enough to be super refreshing, taste is okay. but a bit too much like cucumber lemonade if there was such a thing.

Bottle at Cep & Chilli bar, Korchula Old Town, Tuesday 2nd September 2025, after a 7.7km walk from Lumbarda. Pours yolky yellow in colour with a mid sized sticky white head, a little bristly fruity bite, there's a little bit of perfume, soft mouthfeel, easy drinking, Loz prefers this, I prefer the Pulfer.

On tap from the brewer @ Primorski sejem. Aroma of citrus, passion fruit, pineapple, herbs and resin. Pours hazy dirty yellow color with thin creamy white head and fair lacing. Tastes refreshing citrusy, tropical fruity, herbal and grainy with dry and bitter finish. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Very similar to Hop Haka which I prefer…

Bottle at Goblet. Dull murky yellow body, off-white head. Jelly-like tropical aroma, lightly herbal, mild oxidation, sweetish. Honeyish oxidation on light oatiness makes the sweetish background for citric, tropical hoppy notes. Bit on the dead side but still nice! Want to rerate it fresh!

Bottle, Pivoljub. Hazy(ish) yellow golden, large and lasting white head. Mostly citrusy nose upfront, soem sweet fruity notes, overripe in the back. medium bitterness, slight citrusy kick and dry finish. Lasting gentle aftertatse. Light, summery and fresh. Lovely.

On tap at the brewery and from the bottle later. Hazy orange coloured, small to medium sized white head, tropical fruits and pineapple in the nose. Tropical fruits, pineapple, light grapefruit and touch of mango with mild citrusy notes in the finish. Soft bitterness, easy-drinkable.
