Bottle at Yespr’s. Gusher! It pours murky deep amber with a thick light tan head. The nose is earthy, spice, hay, must, wood, light caramel and umami notes. The taste is caramel, brown bread, sandalwood, toast, spice and alcohol with a lightly spicy finish. Medium body, high carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Too much carbonation, which wrecks the palate. So-so.
