Keg at the brewery. An attractive translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is soft doughy wheat, bready grains, herbal, lemon. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, doughy wheat,, grassy, salty lemon rind, vanilla. Palate is doughy, straw. Highish carbonation. Little weird.

Keg at the brewery. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a dense, lasting white cream head. Lemony notes in the nose, some phenols, straw, wheat flakes. Light sweet flavour with a little citric tang, some buttery accents, wheat bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Tangy finish, more doughy wheat bread, straw, lemon peel, hints of Belgian yeast. Not bad.

Keg at brewery. It pours clear gold with a small white head. The aroma is earthy, bready, straw, apple, pear, ginger, hay and straw. The taste is crisp, dry, underlying sweetness, apple skin, pear, earth, icing sugar, straw and herbal action with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A bit grainy perhaps. OK.
