750ml bottle. Jet black colour with a handful of brown bubbles. Roasty, dark malty aroma, a touch of burnt barley, some dark chocolate and vanilla, unpleasant Maggi interludes. Taste is tart, dry, roasty dark malty, some diluted vinegar. It’s a sin - not deadly, I hope.

Black, no head. Aroma of soy sauce, chocolate, kitchen cleaner / oven cleaner. Quite sour flavour, soy sauce. Sour finish, chocolate, funk)

Bottle at wpbf. Dark opaque color, small off-white head. Light bourbon, lactose, mould and cellar in the nose. Medium-bodied. Acidic with some licorice. Cellar. Horrible.

Aroma has mellow soy sauce notes and licorice. Flavour is rather tart with sour cherries and oaky tones. Also red wine tones. Like some (bad) sour stout.

Bottled@wPBFIII. Black colour, no head. Aroma is liquorice, vinegar and stuff. Flavour is vinegar, very sour, shitty to the max. Extreme infection. Thin. And no carbonation, totally flat.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Black, no head. Lemony nose with some crude oil. Sweet and sour, perfectly flat with rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Caramel and citric acid. Vinegar and rotting seaweed. Wtf?

Bottle shared at the RBESG 2014, grand tasting 10/08/2014 Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell. Aroma is smoked orak, burnt brown sugars, oak and toasty roast. Some hot alcohol on the nose. Viscous black / borwn coloured pour with no head. Flavour is tart acetic acid, vinegar. roast, infected, harsh roast. Oak and lingering apple. Palate is tart, thin acidic. Bad infected beer.

Bottle shared at the RBESG 2014 London Sunday Tasting. Pours deep brown with a bubbly, tan head. The aroma holds damp, charred with hints of cocoa. Light sweet flavor with tangy dried, fruits, earth, tar. Medium bodied and flat. Lightly sweet to finish with soggy earth, burnt leaves, wood. Very poor.

Appearance: Black colour, no head.
Aroma: Coffee, vanilla, whiskey, caramel, some peat.
Body: Thin to medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Sour, dried fruit, whiskey, fruit, peat.

RBESG pt 19. Craft Clerkenwell. Grandish Tasting. Opaque brown beer, few tan bubbles not being a head. Palate is light and dry, mild fine carbonation. Tangy sour dark malts. Light tangy fruits. Dry finish. Very tangy.
