From bottle at Bierfestival Groningen 2017. Aroma is ripe fruits, apricot, lots of oak, grapes, red wine, yeast, some caramel malt and funk. Flavour is light sour and mild sweet with a dry finish. Body is medium. Has some complexity, appealing barrel aging, I really enjoyed this one.

Smells like a well-oaked sour, doesn't taste it, sticky and sweet instead. Superfruity, loads of wood, plenty of sherry. Nice balance.
