Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2013, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.Unclear - hazy matt medium orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, caramel, moderate to light heavy yeasty, orange, grape, tart. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, grapes, fruity, tart. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20130813]

Cask at GBBF 2013. It pours hazy pale yellow with a small white head. The nose is smooth, apricot, peach, berry yoghurt, grass, hay and spice. The taste is peach, apricot, nectarine, yoghurt, earth, hay and spice. Medium body and fine carbonation. Smooth and easy going, but not much to it. OK.

GBBF Day 1. Hazy gold beer, no real head. Palate is light and smooth. A little mandarin. Light spice and yeast. Smooth semi dry finish. Okay.

Cask at GBBF ’13, 13/08/13. Murky orange with a thin white head. Nose is sour amd tarte felshy fruits, bitter orange, grass. Taste comprises orange pith, lemon rind, straw, earthy, tangy fruit, light booze. Medium bodied, dry finish with a little bitterness and tarte fruit tang. Decent enough saison.

From cask. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is peppery, yeasty and light citrusy. Smooth fruity, light bitter, mild citrusy and estery. Medium dry and light bitter finish. Lasting estery impression.

Cask gravity at Gbbf 2013. Hazy gold Belgian yeast aroma. Lacked a bit of carbonation. It’s got some Belgian yeast. Ok. Bit dullish finish.

Cask at gbbf 2013. Cloudy golden with a small white loose head. Aroma is plasticy phenols small amount of orange. I would guess that this is not a saison yeast strain. Flavour is bready orange. Cask does not suit this beer.
