Cask at The Magnet, Stockport. Pours bright clear pale gold with a white foam. Beautiful clarity. Clean, pale malts, cereal, some citrus. Light sweet & light to moderate bitter. Light to medium body with fine carbonation. A golden ale with flavour, it was enjoyed.

2nd April 2015: hand-pulled half-pint in The Station, Oakengates. Golden body with a good white topping. Light malts rule the nose and flavour with a slight fruitiness coming through in the taste before a mild bitter finish. OK, but as my notes indicate this is a subtle blend (light, slight, mild) and has no strong attribute’s.
