A Pale Ale brewed mainly using light malt to give it a brighter colour compared to many other beers.
Our interpretation is a pretty looking Pale Ale of lighter character since we have chosen to increase the tropical tones from the hops by adding passion fruit – which is unmistakably clear in both the smell and taste!

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a small, white head. Fruity nose, only vague passionfruit though. Medium body, fruity, the passionfruit becoming more distinct now also leaving quite some tartness. Solid dry hoppiness in the finish. 161117

Bottle. Amber with a white head.3+ Aroma of passionfruit, mandarin, oranges, some pineapple, crackers. The passionfruit is mostly intensifying the citrus. 7+ Quite sweet and the passionfruit is mosre obviously actual fruit, but again it dovetails with the citrus and slightly toasty malt flavours nicely. Doesn't dry out all that much. Bitterness is medium-high. Likeable drop.

Pours amber with a quickly fading head.Nose shows pine, passionfruit, resinous hops, apple, herbal hops and soft clean malt.Flavours include more passionfruit, some bready and biscuity malt and some herbal and grassy hops.

Bottle from systemet, Falun. A very tasty brew that felt full of flav9ur but not overpowering. Perfect sauna accompaniment. (5/10/17) --- Keg at Captain Cook, Östersund. Aroma is beautiful tropical burst. Standard apa appearance. Taste is tropics fruit mixed with grassy hops and some milky end. Something not perfect in end cus of last two but still a zingy freshness to it. Kept at 4. Nice.

(Bottle) Pours clear golden amber with no head. Lovely aroma - fruity passion fruit and pine. Medium. It's with fine carbonation. Great taste - light sweet caramel malt balanced nicely with passion fruit and citrus at start, and gradually evolves to nice bitter finish. Very good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
