A Pale Ale brewed mainly using light malt to give it a brighter colour compared to many other beers.
Our interpretation is a pretty looking Pale Ale of lighter character since we have chosen to increase the tropical tones from the hops by adding passion fruit – which is unmistakably clear in both the smell and taste!

Hazed orange golden color with a fine white head. Good lacing. Ok intensity in the aroma. Fruity and hoppy. Medium body and a fine carbonation level. Easy and pleasant to drink. Good balanced sweetness versus bitterness. Tropical, citric, pine and malty flavor. Nice tasty and refreshing ale.

Thank you! Tasting glass @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Quite hazy orange, big creamy white head. Nose is touch yeast, USA hop & clear passionfruit. Fruit is clearly there, pleasant, good quality, base doesn’t seem to exciting, low USA hops, bit doughy, lightly yeast, body is likewise but the fruit is clear, tasty, quite a successful, non-sour fruit beer.

Can @Bir&Fud Bottega (Rome). Dorata chiara, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca media persistente. Al naso sentori di passionfruit, papaya, ananas, fruttata ma non molto incisiva. In bocca è abbastanza ben equilibrata ma un po’ stanca, il finale amaro è discretamente persistente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Così così.

Tap at Stadsbrouwhuis. Slight hazy light golden with white head. Dank weedy hops, milky grains, light passion fruit, tropical fruit candy. Quite sweet, light bitter and a light fruity touch. Just medium bodied.

330ml bottle from Boxbeers.com. BBE 27.11.2017. Pours dark orange with a foamy white head. Aroma of ripeish fruits, some passion notes, soapy hops and hints of caramel. Taste is smooth, sweetish and fruity with some floral hoppy notes, hints of passion and citrus. Finish is smooth, malty and caramely with some grassy hops, sweet fruity notes, hints of passion and citrus. Nice.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 10 Feb 2017) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with passion-fruit, mango and pineapple. Malty, fruity taste with notes of passion-fruit, pineapple, mango, citrus and a balanced citric, tropical bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty, with lots of tropical fruit character. Nice one.

Backlog, as "Projekt 006 SMÖF 2015"Clear golden color, white head. Nice and fresh hoppy and fruity scent and taste. Passionfruit lingers in the background of the beer. Easy going and flirting with easy drinking. Medium low mouthfeel and fairly low bitterness.A beer to be had fresh and nothing for the most extreme hop head, but indeed a crowd pleaser for those wanting hoppy/fruity in balance with the malt and not too high bitterness.

Draught@SBWF2015. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is catpissy, floral and some mild fruity and malty notes to it. Flavour is fruity, some dry wooden notes as well as mild grassy and some slight crisp malts. Nice bitterness in the finish.
