In the late 2000’s we created a beer to celebrate all the best of summer - baseball, beach days, and barbecues. Today, that beer has grown into the most iconic seasonal beer ever and the official craft beer of summer - Summer Love. Summer Love is a refreshing Golden Ale that delivers big flavor through its fine balance of clean pilsner malts and citrusy, earthy Simcoe and Tettnang hops.

On Tap bright deep golden with a full white head. Slightly sweet light pale malts and just a littel noble hop at the end. Full bodied and rich. very satisfying for a golden. Victory !

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden with a nice fluffy head. Nose - dried lemon peel, slight cakiness. Kinda panetonne of sorts. Taste - really tangy lemon peel, then something tropical, maybe melon. Light cake in the background again. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - would definitely go down well in summer. Good bitterness.

355ml bottle from Beermerchants

Best by 20 September 2014 - Pours clear pale yellowish with a smooth white head. Aroma of hay, grass, floral hops and citrus. Taste is crisp, grassy and slightly floral with some citrusy notes. Finish is crisp and bitter with some hints of hay and grass. Easygoing, but balanced and tasty golden ale.

12 oz bottle. Aroma is doughy, grapefruit, perfume--all kind of mild. Pours hazy pale yellow with a medium white head that falls after a minute into a skiff of foam. Taste is much more bitter than I was expecting; also has a bit of tartness. Tastes more like an American Pale than a Golden Ale. Crisp, refreshing, highly carbonated. Nice beer. BTW, it expired two months ago, but it seems perfectly fine.

Very interesting. I would have guessed session IPA. Light, crisp hops up front. hazy pale golden body with small silky head. Citrus hops (subdued) in aroma and taste. Crisp and refreshing.

Bottle. Gold with an inch of white head. Aroma of hay, flowers, a little peach and lemon, spices. Lightish bodied, high carbonation is a bit much for me. Restrained fruit and hay, dry and bitter finish with lingering floral and peppery notes. A little too austere and too bubbly, but a good, sharpening beer..

Bottle from Harvest Market Pours a pretty clear deep straw color with a good sized tightly bubbled white head that recedes to form a cap on top. Aromas of bready and light caramel malts with a solid floral spicy hop to counter. The flavor is rich sweet bready malts with a bit of earthy spicy hops. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation. Wow I really enjoyed this beer! Extremely clean, simple, but quite flavorful at the same time.
