Poured from a 16 oz can dated December 11, 2024.
Aroma is fairly fruity with lots of stone fruit notes, passion fruit, mango and lighter citrus notes. Hints of berry and light dank, oily resin notes. Medium light cracker malt notes and light alcohol notes.
Pours a clear, gold color with a medium sized, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to the edges where a small film lingers.
Flavor is somewhat sweet with medium light cracker malt notes and hints of bread and caramel. Fairly high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong notes of stone fruit and lighter notes of grapefruit, passion fruit and guava. Light dank, oily resin notes.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid West Coast IPA with a balanced malt profile and alcohol notes. The hoo notes are nice and nectaron works well in this style of IPA. Solid bitterness that lingers nicely in the finish.
