A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on Yellow Pershore plums grown in Worcestershire, and Sunny Cot apricots grown on the Isle of Wight. Finished in freshly emptied brandy barrels.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Orangey golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of citrus rind, malt, oak barrel, apricots. Taste is tart, sour, citrus zest, biscuity, malt, fruity, apricot, oaky, funky with wood barrel and some drying bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sour citric fruity bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Fairly dry and tart, some bitter orange peel, modest acidity. Interesting.

Nice stuff. Fruit is kind of subtle, but the funk is great. Horse blanket etc. Further down there’s a bit more fruit.
