Keg at the church. Pours opaque berry red/purple with pink foam. Medium/heavy aroma; Taste: heavy sweet, super berry fruity, jammy raspberries, vanilla. Mild berry tartness. Full body with fine carbonation. It's utter nonsense but tastes so good!

Tap at the church. Clear red with pinkish foam. Loads of raspberry, concentrated raspberry soda (Hallonsoda). Jammy. Quite heavy sweet.

Rød klar med klar med rosa skum. Lukter bringebær, kirsebær og vanilje. Middels fylde. Fruktig, søt. Smaker sure bringebær, solbær og kirsebær. Middels lang.

Can. A light haze on this deep raspberry colour beer, small bubbly pale mauve head. Palate is smooth and semi dry with a good fine carbonation coming through on the back end. Fuck me! Once again the Tefnut series astonishes with intensity of the fruits on display. Big big raspberry jam, could not be anymore raspberry jam if it was somehow fermented raspberry jam made carbonated liquid. There is a rose sweetness here, I think a natural raspberry undertone but writ large in this big beer. Sweet raspberry and tart raspberry in balance. Finishes semi dry and intense with raspberry liqueur and some Belgo style raspberry acidity that works really well here. I don't know how Omnipollo do these Gose's, I'm just glad they do, and I say that as someone who generally swerves Omnipollo beers as over priced and over cooked. Tefnut is, for me, their gleaming jewel in the crown.
Splendid! Tart, full of berries
