Tap. Sheffield Tap. Hazed, murky gold. Thin, lasting, white foam. Nose has sour apple pomace. Cider lolly. Apple vinegar. Spicy grain. Soft, sour lemon funk. Taste is pretty tart, verging on acidic. Pretty dry too, barring a baked apple sweetness on the lips. Cleansing on the palate. Sharp carbonation. More tartness to finish. Pretty nice, but a half is plenty given the acidity.
