A smooth, balanced bitter. Brewed with traditional English hop and malt varieties, Star is our take on the classic British bitter, with a modern approach to brewing technique & ingredient sourcing. Aromas of nuts and winter berries combine with biscuit, caramel malt notes for an ale with herbal freshness & pleasing bitter finish.

Cask handpull at Parcel Yard Kings Cross. Clear pale brown lasting beige head. Given that it is a bitter and it is a bitter then itโs decent. Better than average as it has some ok malt in the middle of the flavour. Very drinkable and a good brown best bitter what lile we donโt get anymore as everyone wants to do a new world hop golden ale.

Lovely amber ale. Banana, floral and grapefruit notes. I like a nice bitter finish, this didnโt disappoint (and in fact was a bit over the top!) Still a very worthwhile pint that kept my tongue guessing.
