Bottle at home, from systembolaget. A really difficult beer. On the one hand, totally beautiful, very interesting aroma of sweet citrus and coriander. Taste brings some of this through with some bread and a light spiced carbonation. Does however taste like a thoroughly interesting beer was mixed with a standard lager a little as there’s a very blatant bitter lager aftertaste. Tough one but enjoyable. Re-rated. Took this up from 2.9 to 3.2 because i think on the surface, without thinking too hard, I was really enjoying it. Almost was thinking, maybe this is my favourite saison yet. But sadly, once you really taste it, the finish is quite dissapointing, again, that feeling of not staying as a saison, it becomes a bit watery. I do like the fact the flavours are a little blunted though, making it more of a nice table beer. It's fine.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 6 Oct 2016) Golden colour with big, lasting, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of bread, peaches, citrus, ginger and coriander. Malty, spicy taste with bread, peaches, ginger, coriander and a gentle grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and spicy, but a bit heavy on the spices actually. Quite nice.

Flaske 330ml fra Systembolaget Østersund. Drukket i Skibotn 29 Jul 15. Gyldenbrungul. Litt uklar. Lavt skum. Forsiktig krydderaroma. Smaken inneholder litt timian + litt frukt med en tørr avslutning. Bunnfall igjen på flaska.

Slick, light-yellowish head, dense, over coldhazed, lively carbonated golden beer with orange sheen. Very spicy nose, camomille, ginger, coriander. Also hint at other grains. Very slightly grassy. Coriander prominent in the flavour. Certain garden and wild weeds come to mind, difficult to name them. Very spritzy MF, gassy. Light body, but quite slick. The blurb on the label is so expansive that it becomes ridiculous. Trying to insert every descriptive word in the dictionary...

Flaska från SB. Pepprig och gräsig doft med inslag av citrus. Lätt beska med lite syrlighet. Halvfyllig munkänsla med medellång eftersmak.

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in June 2014. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of spices, yeast, some coriander, grass, citrus and light hops. Quite refreshing. An ok one.

BB 141231.Cloudy straw yellow to pale golden color, big bubbles smallish in size white head. Spicy, yeasty, herbal scent. Spicy, herbal, yeasty, clove taste. A hint of minerals. Banana, yeast, clove, spicy aftertaste. Fizzy though not disturbingly so (mainly not) mouthfeel, medium bitterness that feels sharp at the very first part. Fresh finish.
