Bottle at home in Hackney - big thanks to G. Pours clear gold with a big, foamy white head that settles down quickly. Lovely bretty funk expression, soft acidity, nips of lemon, flaked wheat, a touch of bitter straw, dry biscuits. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Fairly clean and well balanced in the finish, some grass, more restrained funk, citric accents. Quite sound.

Bottle, picked up at the brewery. Also on tap at the brewery. Lemon gold. Soft haze. Fine, dense, white foam. Nose has lemon rind brett. Fusty, sweet grain. Apple pulp. Some hedgerow fruit. Taste has a light, lemon rind tartness. Fairly dry. Some fruity bitterness. Medium body. Crisp carbonation. Touch of oiliness. Light, tart, lemon brett to finish. Very nice. Be interesting to see how this develops.
